Jaish operative arrested in Baramulla Srinagar : Police along with 46 RR thwarted the designs of Jaish-e-Muhammad of reviving its operations in Baramulla, by arresting an operative who was member of a Jaish module. On a specific information, Baramulla police along with 46 RR launched a joint operation and arrested one Javaid Ahmad Dar son of late Mohammad Akber Dar resident of Khanpora Baramulla. One Pistol, a magazine and 10 rounds were recovered from him. Javaid was recently assigned a key role by local Jaish commanders for reviving militancy in and around Baramulla town. FIR number 366/13 under section 7/25 Arms Act has been registered in the regard and further investigations are on.
