James is an amazing kid. I have watched him grow taller than me. I have listened as he told me that he had cried enough tears. I hear his laughter, witness his courage and when I am smart enough to pay attention he teaches me things I need to learn. In 2007 he participated in his first St Baldricks event while his brother was receiving chemotherapy in a nearby hospital. He shaved his head and brought a tear to his mothers eye. Last year I watched as the 2 of them shaved their heads and I was in awe. This year James has been allowing his beard to grow. In fact he has never shaved. He refused repeatedly to let me teach him. One day he said to me with a smile, Im going to get it cut off when I do St Baldricks this year. Just like you do. Since you dont have any hair on the top of your head. So here is James as he looked this morning after realizing there wasnt one last snow day. Please consider supporting him in his quest to raise money for St Baldricks.
