Jan Hooks passed away this weekend. Growing up, Saturday Night Live was everything to me. The cast that she was a part of was an inspiration for everything I hoped to accomplish one day. From the Sweeney sisters to Nancy Reagan, she had a wide range and was fearless and hilarious. Many people have been sharing her sentimental movie with the also amazing Phil Hartman, but to me that piece misses the most important thing about her: How damn funny she was performing live. So heres one of my favorite bits she ever performed. RIP.
