January 12, 2015 THE GOVERNMENT will begin seeking bids for a contract to build an eight-kilometer elevated toll road that will link the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) within the first quarter of the year, a Public Works official said over the weekend.
