Jenny of McCutcheon Elementary is in search for Teaching Artist to lead after school programs! The administration has yet to establish a final pay scale/class schedule, but here is what I know so far: Theyre looking for individuals who are available to teach 2 or 3 days per week from 4:45-5:45pm each day. The pay per hour will be in the $20-$25 range. We would like a range of enrichment opportunities for our students, including art, dance, drama, music, etc, so please share your area of expertise! The class size would not exceed 10-15 students, depending on the age group. We would be starting classes as soon as possible - definitely by the end of February. McCutcheon is in Uptown (Sheridan and Lawrence) and has an ethnically diverse student population. We are right in middle of several homeless shelters, so 20% of our students are homeless and in need of more extended-day opportunities. They have very few art opportunities during the day and even fewer after school, so we need help! jenny.delessioparson@gmail
