Jer & I were heading to the movies this afternoon and all of a sudden he busts a U turn and I was like what in the world are you doing. He said he thinks he saw a kitty on the side of the road. We get turned around and sure enough there was a tiny black kitten laying there just scared to death. I grabbed a sweatshirt out of my trunk and Jer wrapped the poor baby up. Under its mouth is bloody, its right eye is bloody, its left eye is all goopy. Jer headed straight for our vet but we were 7 minutes too late. My heart just broke for the poor thing so of course I held onto the kitty and cried. We went and got her some kitty food and separate dishes bc she is sick and I cant have her sharing anything with my kitties til I hear what the vet has to say on Monday. So we brought her home and cleaned up her eyes and gave her a bath and made her a comfy bed in the carrier that we have so we can keep the cats separated. She was so relaxed and passed out for several hours. Now she is roaming around and eating some of the kitty food we got for her. I love my husbands heart and the fact that he turned around for the kitty. Thanks babe!
