It is not an alliance in the true sense of the word - it is a misuse of the word. We need to FUNDAMENTALLY change the political CULTURE of our country. ARROGANCE needs to change into HUMILITY. The APNU is the MAJORITY political coalition of forces and every sensible Guyanese - here - in Guyana and abroad knows that - it has become a REALITY ! The EXTRAORDINARY fear that is peddled by A section of the AFC - that the PPP is going to accuse it of joining the PNC - if it seen in a coalition - is just a load of hogwash that no sensible Indian Guyanese will buy from the PPP. The AFC is showing utter contempt for the young and intelligent Indian Guyanese - who are more educated and intelligent than their parents. Those are the ones the PPP are unable and incapable of winning over to their RACIST and REACTIONARY IDEAS and policies. We, as enlightened Guyanese - must put this nonsense of RACE politics to an end and begin a new era, where we see each other as GUYANESE and as EQUALS. The AFC leaders, particularly Moses Nagamootoo, must offer decisive and clear leadership to the Guyanese nation and not to the INDO-GUYANESE population. If the TRUTH is to be told - the PPP and its DICTATORSHIP have done greater harm to the Indian working class and farmers than any other government in Guyana. The vile and immoral conduct of JAGDEO, Ramotar and others have brought the Indian Guyanese into utter DISGRACE - with their wild dance and the cuss-down behave- which they have PUBLICLY displayed during their time in office. Indo- Guyanese have never seen this type of vile dancing which are shown on most of the TV channels in Guyana. The PPP have encouraged the level of disrespect for our elders - with toleration of rotten music in buses and at wedding houses. They abused Indian women more than anytime in our history. There are more Indian women suffering from Domestic Violence than anytime in our history. A significant number have been murdered by their menfolk or by hired killers. The PPP have failed their supporters miserably. Jagdeo - a young able bodied-man - gets $3 million per month, in addition to all the other perks that go with it - whilst Indo- Guyanese pensioners are unable to live a comfortable life - restorting to help from relatives in Guyana and abroad. The Indian intellectuals and professionals in Guyana and abroad have pored scorn on the PPP leadership and their officials in government - they will never vote for them in the upcoming elections - as they did not do in past elections. A section of the business class will support the PPP - because they benefited directly from the all the corrupt transactions and schemes carried by the Jagdeo administration and now the Ramotar-Rohee dictatorship. The opposition forces need to be OPENLY UNITED against all forms of RACIST comments. The POLICE must be made aware of breach of our laws and the penalises must be severe. The opposition forces must make it absolutely clear that we will not tolerate any more of this racial garbage propagated by the PPP at bottom house meetings and at the rum shops. The combined opposition - which includes a larger layer of people - must create a CODE of CONDUCT that is capable of exposing all those who espouses racial sentiments and comments - in a direct or indirect manner. This coming election - 2015 - must see the opposition united to win a LANDSLIDE - bringing to an end race politics - forever
