Communication with the board and director is key. HR - recruitment for new staff, volunteers and interns, benefit administration, develop & mange company wide policies and procedures, assist managment with personnel issues, maintain and organize personnel files, staff scheduling. Operations Management - overall office management, including capital expense management, fixed asset schedules, vendor management, maintaining business insurances, and any and all admin tasks as necessary Requirements: 3-5 years working in an office setting Proficient with computers, including Excel.
