Judge Jorgenson is not fit to hear a case of this magnitude; her judicial fitness is now under review by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal for filing a false declaration, under oath, that she had a conflict of interest, as set forth by Title 28 Section 455 (she had a preexisting relationship with Tucson City Activist Roy Warden) which precluded her from presiding over a series of Wardens cases she had been randomly assigned. Several other judges also signed such declarations in the absence of any relationship whatsoever; thus 5 consecutive cases have been assigned to Judge Bury, who has dismissed all but one. So What?
