Junior Academic All-Americans vimeo/jaaa Players who are selected to participate in the Bret Cooper Junior Academic All American Bowl demonstrate the ability to hit opponents as hard as they hit the books. These players also understand that academics and character are more important than just simply being an athlete. The term student-athlete means student first and athlete second. The Bret Cooper Junior All American Organization knows that “A” comes before “O” and there is no offer without the academics. The honor of being selected is distinctive because no other youth organization in the country has an academic- and character-related requirement for players. This organization will help prepare you for the next level of your success on and off the field, including beginning to think about college. Because we believe all players who are selected have the talent to be the next big-time recruit, our rosters are requested by and submitted to colleges and universities around the country and also go directly to major national publications highlighting the next top recruits.
