Just CRUSHED our workout for today! So proud of my little girl!! 11 yrs old n just did insanity!! Go girl!!Whoop whoop! Made these little clips for your move of the day. They are great cardio building moves. In the top right its called power jacks. Its like jumping jacks except on the way down u jump into a squat. Power through the legs and really get you butt down low. Keep ur knees behind the toes, land softly, and exhale on the way down. In the bottom left its called the Heisman. Keep light, quick feet on the shuffle in between each knee raise. Avoid twisting the body, but contract ur core as the knee comes up and opposite elbow comes down. Exhale on the knee lift and always keep your core tight. Enjoy! Off to shower then go grab some final things for trick or treating tonight. Got my workout in so Im looking forward to a couple pieces of candy tonight! Whoop whoop!! #moveoftheday
