Just Norway. Oslo, Stavanger, Preikestolen, Kjeragbolten So past couple days… Hiked Preikestolen, hitchhiked to the ferry terminal and camped right there so the cars in the morning would wake me up. Went up to Kjeragbolten… came back down..foraged for berries on the way and then asked a German guy that was fishing with his son for the mackerel head that he was chopping off. He instead gave me a whole fish (his only fish, after consulting with his son). He said that he´s teaching his son the importance of giving. They then caught a couple more anyway so I accepted the fish. I boiled it in water in the nearby hostel as they let me use their kitchen for free, so I had mackerel for dinner. I slept on the beach and made a bonfire to keep me warm as it was freezing and in the morning (today) I hitchhiked back around the long way. The first vehicle that pulled up was an older camper van with a young German family that had a 5 year old son and a 2 month old baby. They were super nice and shared lunch with me (and took me the majority of the way). There was no extra seat so I was on the floor :) The mother´s favorite band is Fat Freddys Drop. After walking about 15km´s a young guy picked me up and gave me a ride back to Stavanger and I have now met up with a girl who saved us in Indonesia when we had no ride after hiking the volcano (And she has fed me a lot of pizza).
