Just a couple weeks ago I drove all over the country and found the small towns were uniformly neat, well-kept, and tidy. Appealing places. The countryside is clean with neither litter nor abandoned cars, nor even many junkers on the roads. (Thanks, Cash For Clunkers.) Where one finds the genuine problems are among the right wingers, and the various officials upholding the right wing agendas. That set of cancers is what must be removed. Otherwise, nice country. Bland, but nice. Its all Fresno, as a friend put it.
