Just a few photos from todays events in Wisconsin. Our train arrived in the early morning hours. This railroad, the Wisconsin and Southern is also operated by WATCO... One wonders if Iowa Pacific will begin operating regularly passenger trains on this line between Chicago and Madison at some point similar to the Oklahoma City - Tulsa metro areas. If so, Iowa Pacific will be breaking new ground here too. We ate breakfast in the dome after casually waking up in the stationary train. Everyone took an opportunity to circle the train for photos. A charter bus took us to Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesin home that I believe is now over 100 years old. The house is showing its age but restoration is underway. Some went to an outdoor play and I heard it was well received. We returned and had a wonderful supper after leaving for the return trip to Chicago.
