Just a little heads up! Do not ever use Expedia for travel arrangements! I made a reservation for 2 rooms in Petosky for skiing in January, which we need to cancel 1 of the rooms. I was told these reservations could not be changed or cancelled and I would still pay 331.00 for each room! After 3 hours holding on the phone, 3 supervisors, and 6 customer services reps and a phone call to Holiday Inn, my request was granted! Then I get the confirmation E-mail from Expedia and it said refund amount due $0.00! Another !!!$&# phone call! Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again!
