Just a quick reminder that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you or your kiddos are sick, we will understand last minute cancellations. Please call us or email us and let us know. Here are a few things that dont fly for not showing up... 1. something came up... 2. just not calling to cancel for whatever reason 3. I was expecting a delivery and had to wait... 4. I used another groupon a last night so I dont need to come in. All of these have been reasons from people as to why they didnt show up. Some of the calls came an hour before their appointment. Some after, some no call at all. If you no show an appointment for any other reason besides illness/accident/death, you WILL NOT be allowed to book with us again. If you have a groupon and no show...your groupon will be forfeit...if you have more than one appt. with us, the remaining appointments will be canceled. I wanted to remind everyone of this because we have had a rash of no shows in the last 2 weeks... Thanks...
