What could be better than a home cross country meet at Great Brook S.P. on a beautiful afternoon of the first full day of autumn? Rhetorical questions aside, it was a great day of racing, too! The girls won both their meets (against Dana Hall and Lexington Christian) showing great depth and a knack for team running. Taking the overall win was CAs birthday girl Jolie Jaycobs, who used a late race surge to pull away for the victory in 21:15. The boys also won, taking 16 of the top 20 places, including a 1-2-3 finish from Finn Pounds, Nathan Gamble, and Matt Donahue.
