Just a quick up date. The orphan foal is doing really well. He loves his milk replacement, is eating lots of fresh grass and hay and is also eating some specially formulated feed for young foals. The rest of the horses are all doing great. The grey mare and her filly are still on the salt marsh. We expect to provide an update on their move in the coming weeks. As stated in a previous post, Sook is doing well. After his vet exam it was decided not to try to do a much more invasive procedure to find out if there are any bullet fragments in him. So far so good. A close eye is being kept on him but he seems a-ok for now. We will try to get some new photos up sometime soon. :)
