Just a reminder that this Thursday is the third Marine Documentary Night. There will be two screenings of NOT DONE LOVING at 7:00 and 8:15pm. The director/producer Jeff Brandt will be there for a discussion after each screening. This is a free event.* Doors will open at 6:15 for the 7:00 showing. There will be 165 seats for each showing. In the Marine Village Hall, 121 Judd Street, Marine on Saint Croix. A wild Greek moves into Marine on St. Croix and a special bond is formed between her and the town. When she is diagnosed with cancer, her fight becomes the towns fight and they respond in a wonderful and beautiful way. This documentary shines a light on the power of love and community. *This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
