Just alil humor to start ur week peeps!!! For those of you trying to decrease ur belly fat percentage and tone up remember....abs are made in the kitchen. No matter how much u work out...if u are not fueling ur body with nutrients...rather than empty calories u will never get the results u want. High body fat percentage located in the abdominal regions can drastically increase ur changes for high blood pressure, high cholesterol AND Increase ur chances of developing cancers in the digestive tract and reproductive organs. Not to mention having a lower body fat percentage does EVEN bigger things like...increase ur energy, promotes muscle growth, and INCREASED endorphines(makes u feel happy) and SELF ESTEEM! So ultimately...stick with it...it will happen!!! ...these are all things I teach my university students...FIT & WELL FOR LIFE! Aloha Peeps✌️~g
