Just another eBay BUYER nightmare. The eBay buyer told me that she wanted to return the Enhanced emerald ring to me because, direct quote, Her Mother didnt like it. Sounds reasonable, especially since I buy my jewelry through other eBay sellers, have their jewelry authenticated and dont offer returns. So I get it. Missy is going to wear my Ring at a BBQ and be the envy of the party, scratch my ring and then return it to me and then argue with me about whos in charge because she has 2700 transactions under her belt. Check out this sellers feedback as a SELLER. She sells emerald rings, earrings crosses, etc. Then she wrote back and stated, Ill take a loss on it. Am I on Candid Camera? I purchased this ring for $90 and sold it to this woman for $140.00. Out of the $140.00, I paid eBay $14.30, PayPal 3% and $4.50 to have the ring shipped with insurance. How many times did this eBay buyer think that an item on eBay could be purchased and resold for a profit when it was listed under BUY IT NOW? Ebay BUYERS dont want to support their local jeweler and have the Red Carpet rolled out for them because they are NIGGARDLY (CHEAP). So what do they do? Threaten ebay sellers with neutral and negative feedback. Great. Ill threaten eBay buyers with negative feedback on Twitter and my facebook Page (S). Well see who has more political power - Me or Joe the Plumber eBay buyers.
