Just experienced our first case of doggie discrimination. Had reservations at the Northampton MA KOA. Wound our way miles off the highway to what turned out to be a trashy looking campground. Upon check in, were told we cant stay; the park prohibits Rotties and other bully breeds. I get it; its a ridiculous insurance rule. My issue was that when I called to register, I wasnt asked if we had a pet. Knowing the policy would have saved us a lot if time and aggravation. When I mentioned to the manager Id be posting an online review as this was bad business, the she loses it. Security! Security!, she yells over the two-way. Get these people out of here!
