Just had a terrible experience in your Oxford store. My wife and I enjoyed our experience with your layaway program last year. We had a few items under the 15 dollar limit and were told because of the size of our layaway that they would override those items for us and we were thankful for that. We were more than happy to use your layaway program this year as well. We have very limited time to do our layaway shopping and finally found time this afternoon. We were careful to get the bigger ticketed items but we did have 5 items that were just under the threshold of 15 dollars. Not only would the supervisor not override anything for us including 2 items that were 14.97 but we were not offered the chance to speak to a store manager and only offered a simple sorry I am not allowed. This prompted my wife and I to say forget the whole thing and walk out. Now I realize the 600 or 700 dollar layaway will not affect your overall sales for the year but I will make it a point to tell everyone I know with kids to avoid using your layaway all because a little discretion could not be used.
