Measurements and a pair of skinny jeans are the best ways to show real FAT loss. Remember to take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before your 2 biggest meals. Drink at least 8 oz. of water when you take them. This will help the capsule expand in your stomach faster giving you that “full” feeling. Drink a lot of water throughout the day and just limit the processed carbs!! You will be amazed.
