Just posting these for all the Nay Sayers out there! My dad is the leader of them all! The jeans in the pic were put on over top my clothes I was already wearing, & theyre the smallest I own! A lot of people may still not know, but in the past year Ive lost 175lbs!!!! My secret: Ive ate MORE!!! My problem was I wasnt eating enough food to keep my metabolism going, so it was storing ALL FAT! Then combine that with a liver disease I was born with, & well Ive tried all my life to lose weight to no avail! It didnt help having all the harsh words said to me over the years either! But Im here to tell everyone.... Yes Im a fluffy woman still, I am happy with WHO I am, and if it wasnt for the health issues that come with it, I would stay this size because it doesnt change WHO I am! I have my bad days, but for the most part Im happy with who I am! So, there ya have it! LOL! This is me and I know who I am, no one elses approval is needed!
