Just saw Selma Movie--about Martin Luther King and the efforts leading up to passage of the Voting Rights Act. Wow.....this film was a knockout. Made my cry at the immense cruelties human beings are capable of, but also made me rejoice and reminded me of the incredible people power we are capable of when justice and righteousness is on our side. If you want to see a truly inspiring film--this is it. Especially if youre an activist and feel like progress is not happening fast enough--this film will remind you of why you need to keep going.
