Just some advice I received from a client reference buying food at pretty heavily discounted prices.. Buying 350g of chicken from Tesco retails at £4. Thats roughly 3 average sized breasts. But one of my clients was able to go one of the butchers direct (Primacy meat village , Bangor , NI) and get 5 kg of chicken for £25. Compare that to the like for like price at Tesco, And Tesco would cost a whopping £57! Over double plus the local butchers meat is usually top quality. Now... a few other tips for those of you who arent too snobby (just kidding :) Bags of rice and sauces are typically £1.50 - £2 in a super market. Well in pound stretcher and similar places (for EXACTLY the same brand names) rice and sauces can be anywhere from 50p - £1) Small changes could put an extra few £ in your pocket, implement these changes and it could save you the price of you gym membership per month at least. Hope this tip helps and feel free to share the places you like to shop and any hidden deals?
