Just thinking aloud.What happens if the supreme court declare Nana Addo winner of the petition.Is he going to serve for 4years or the 3 unexpired years?Are we going to have a diferent voting calendar for MPs and President after the court ruling going forward?ls the supreme court going to give transional period and how long?Who elect the speaker of parliament?Do u envisage constitutional criss if you have NDC as majority in parliament and NPP the governing party?Is the NDC parliamentarians also going to boycott vetting and swearing inn of Nana Addo as form of retaliation?In the event the supreme court ordered run-off or re-run are we going to have interim care taker government till the election?The Supreme court must let the spirit and letter of the constitution guide them.
