Just took my pre workout and it has my mind racing and I just - TopicsExpress

Just took my pre workout and it has my mind racing and I just wanted to put these thoughts out into the world for anyone who may need to hear it: Life is a hell of a gift, but it can also be a hell of a journey. BUT the best part of it all is the vast amount of learning experiences you have. The constant decisions you must make when deciding what you need to have in your life versus what you dont need to have in your life are the hardest to ascertain. One of my best friends told me some amazing advice about how to have a balanced and happy existence. He uses the Harry potter phrase Expecto Patronum as a model to dismiss things that should not be in your life, which I now cosign. The idea being that there are two types of people and/or situations you will encounter in life...those that propel you and those that take away from you. These situations (and/or individuals) that propel your life generally are the ones in which they will build upon your character, causing you to be a better person, and will sometimes change your own thoughts to eventually gain a clearer and guided perspective. They may even change your world and educate you. These situations are the ones in which you should place into the foreground of your life. However, the ones that are there to take away from you can sometimes be hidden in a shroud of delusion. Where you dont even notice whats happening and once you reach the climax of euphoria, a mental war begins to plague you and cause your mind to be in a hostile state. Usually you experience self doubt, depression, stress, jealousy, but are left questioning is it worth it having this person or situation in your life. It may feel as if you are sitting in a burning house waiting for the fire to subside on its own. How do you figure out which two categories something is in? Simply ask yourself a few of these questions: 1. What is the worst thing that would happen if you were to dismiss the situation? 2. What is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about the situation? 3. Are you being uplifted, educated, or fulfilled by having this in your life? 4. What are you gaining from it all? 5. Does it cause you to doubt yourself and who you are? Once you answer those questions, you can have a better understanding of which two categories your situation may be in. The simple answer is, if you arent getting anything back from what youve given, then you should not be there at all. So in this case, expecto patronum who be utilized. Cut it off, even if it hurts because there is no need to have something in your life that isnt there to fully enrich you but is there to take away from you and cause your mind to be in a war with itself. Life is too short, so you should only allow people and/or situations that will propel you into a better person, lover, intellectual, and grounded individual. Time to hit this workout! Adios :)
