Just wanted to share the disgust Ive experienced reading over the physical education requirements for High School Students in Miami Dade county. Funny that a young woman was in my center yesterday stating how she wished they would have taught basic fitness/ movement in her high school (New York) because she now understood that it wasnt so much that fitness and working was something she didnt want to do, in fact she said she could see how people get into it. Her issue was that she had no clue about movement and learning about her neuromuscular system going through the process of aquiring new movement patterns was not only fun she found it very valuable for life. Interesting.....
