Detail each partys (Governemtn & Developers) financial responsibilities for any potential construction or landscaping on the common areas of the property. If your land lease agreement allows the developers to build residential or commercial structures on the property, we must explain who will pay/maintain/ for these improvements of common areas. 2. The lease period should be 99 years with minimal rent and lease charges 3. The lease should be registered with National government and not county government 4.
