Kaizer Chiefs will match the record for the most number of successive wins in the Absa Premiership if they beat Moroka Swallows at Soccer City on Wednesday. Victory over the birds would take rampant Chiefs’ tally this season to nine wins in a row and added to two victories at the end of last season stretch their winning run to 11. It will match the record that Mamelodi Sundowns set in 2007 when they romped to the league title under Gordon Igesund on the back of 11 successive wins.
