Kalibo staff has no answers, they give us lies saying our plane was in the sky waiting to go down but i was on the phone with my family in Manila Naia 3 PAL saying our plane was still in Manila waiting for clearance from Kalibo. No one will answer us! They wont give us right answers. Shortly after this video the staff of Philippine Airlines locked themselves in their room, closed the lights and will not face us. The chaos is caused by overbooking, milking every filipinos peso, we were supposed to leave at December 30, 2014 at 11:40am in Caticlan I ended up getting to Manila on January 1, 2015 7:30am. The hopes of leaving on Dec 31 11:40 was a lie, and they did not delay international flights, showing the filipinos are never a priority. They had no care for senior citizens, mother with infants/children, did not even offer accommodation , they would refer hotels but you end up paying yourself, you can rebook to iloilo but you have to pay 5,000 pesos for the transfer. People should not let Philippine Airlines or any other airline get away with this. The reason why Philippines has the worst airports and airlines because of these money milking brands. Shame on all of you!!!
