Karch is the best of all-time. Thee-time Olympic Gold Medalist. Dominant in the beach game even at 41. Mentally perhaps the single strongest mental player certainly in US history and maybe the entire worlds history. This is a phenomenal read for young players, old players, coaches, and/or even fans. What might be missed is the blog is a good read for most everything else too. Just metaphorically sub in work, relationships or life most every time the context is volleyball and you have good advice.
