Kerry is an idiot. The Iranians will agree to cut back their nuclear bomb plans, right after they set one off in Israel; like hell, they will just want more bombs to kill more jews. It is like the 18 yr old debutante in Buffalo, NY, back in the late, 1950s. Who believed she could go to the gang area and talk them into being better. Her remains were buried later. Kerry is another True Believer. That believes things will get better because he wants them to.
