Khandavi Ingredients: 1 cup Gram flour 3 cups buttermilk Pinch of turmeric powder Salt Ingredients for tempering: Oil Mustard seed Sesame seed Green chilli Curry leaves Green coriander leaves for garnishing. Method: Take gram flour in a bowl add salt, turmeric powder and buttermilk and mix it to a lump free batter. Pour the batter in a pan and cook it stirring it continously in one direction for 15 to 20 mins on a medium flame. Take a steel plate spread the above batter in to a thin layer allow it to cool for 20 mins. Cut it into long strips and roll each strip into cylindrical shape. Add the above tempering on the khandvi and garnish it with green coriander leaves. Now Ready to offer it to Lord Krishna Hari Bol.
