Kudos to our crew at Albany Medical Center! We received several compliments and thank-you cards this week for our staff there. One letter in particular stood out, and reads as follows: I want to take the time to RECOGNIZE two employees that work for Valet Park of America. The two employees are Mark Johnson ( a Shuttle Bus driver that is assigned the route of CMS to West ) & Mike Klinger ( the Supervisor of Mark ) . In addition to the extraordinary job they do on a daily basis , always greeting people with a smile , they went completely above & beyond for me. On Tuesday May 13th I arrived to my car , which is parked in CMS, finding my car with a flat tire. I called road side assistance & they warned me that it was going to be awhile before help could arrive to me. While driving by me , Mark noticed me & took interest in wanting to help me. He took the initiative & had his route covered . He then placed a call to Mike who immediately came. The two of them worked hard to get the tire changed. Mike & Mark both went beyond their job descriptions to help me out. They demonstrated unbelievable customer service & teamwork. Great job, Mark and Mike! Thanks to our whole Albany crew for providing outstanding service day in and day out.
