Its either flowing towards your direction or away from you depending on the kind of structures you have. Money will keep running away from us as long as we dont know how to keep it. Lets briefly look at how we engage in basket investment. (A) -Premature Gratification. The truth is there are things you dont really need right now. I know that we all pray for a comfortable life, but dont kill your tomorrow before it arrives. Not everybody needs a car, some need to walk on foot for now. If you give me a private jet right now I will be very happy and pray for you. But the moment you leave my office I will quickly go on the internet to look for the company that sells it and joyfully sell it back to them because its not yet my size for now. (B-)- A House That Is Bigger Than Your Income. How can you rent a house with N800,000 when your annual income is N1.5 million? Thats oversize house. Any house you need prayer to pay for is not your size my friend. All you need to pay for your house rent is good brain that knows your financial capacity not prayer. Honesty we disturb God for some yeyecious matters. God gave you brain so that He can have rest. Wisdom is labour saving device, kindly put it to work. Instead of wasting N800,000 to rent a house I will look for a smaller house for now and use the money to build my own house. Stop killing the money you are yet to have, rather have a strategy to multiply it when it comes in.
