LAS Classic Host Resort Guests Update; I, along with everyone at LAS (and the Host) are terribly sorry for the stress and inconvenience that the boiler issue at the Host Resort has caused for you. Please email me at robk@lancasterarchery or call LAS and we will get you a confirmed, nice and affordable hotel reservation nearby before you arrive. Ive personally guaranteed over 300 room nights to local hoteliers today who have opened entire wings for us. We(LAS) had no notice of this until today from the Host and the email above was sent by the Host Resort, not Lancaster Archery. We have or will have hotel rooms for everyone who have reservations at the Host; please contact LAS at 800-829-7408 and our Customer Service team will take your name, number and number/type of hotel rooms needed and a member of our team will return your call with a confirmed reservation quickly. I apologize and want to assure you that the LAS Classic Competition in the TruBall/Axcel Expo Hall, Practice Range, Seminars and other activities have not been affected by this boilers heat exchanger failure... only the hot water for showers and slightly less heating capacity in the hotel itself. All Classic activities including the Archers Reception on Saturday night will continue as planned. Weve worked very hard to make the venue an amazing place for archers to gather and compete...
