LATEST RULES CHANGES UPDATE AND TONIGHTS CRUISE DEETS: Please take the time to read this if you can. Hello again Just cruisiners, fellow car enthusiasts and friends, regulars and newbies, finally it is the best day of the week, FRIDAY! Are you sick and tired or being stuck at home on a friday night bored and lying on the couch? (as pictured) If you love cars or want to meet some great people and car enthusiasts come along and have some fun cruising! EVERYONE PLEASE TRY BE ON TIME Motorbikes, 4WDs are also welcome too aslong as they drive ride safely etc TONIGHTS CRUISE: we are meeting at 8pm at Phillip Swimming & Ice Skating Centre bottom carpark as usual, then leaving at around 8:30 - 8:45 then cruising to a spot in FYSHWICK then cruise to a spot in MACQUARIE BELCONNEN then G spot for food and hangz. All the regulars please make an effort to introduce yourself to the new people and someone you havent met before and make them feel welcome!! Everyone please park together in the group. Share, Invite and tag your friends so we can keep having decent turnouts! it should be a fun night See you all there! Please drive safely and remember no burnouts, remember its a family orientated cruise and meet. And dont bring personal drama. Invite and tag your friends and lets get everyone coming out!! I still have some normal sizes stickers so Get in quick before they are all gone!! I am in the process of trying to get out more very nice cars, so if you know anyone with show cars or something which is a looker or highly modified, tell them to bring it out See you tonight and invite your friends ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As for the changes/rules update and a few points... I have had many long and hard thinks and have decided to focus more on the quality of people rather than modifications and cars at the moment, go back to basics and set some good solid foundations. So i wont be worrying about what cars people come out in atm, but will be focusing on making JC more unified and as a strongly connected family, every member to actually care about the group and the people in it, and will put alot of emphasis on respect and safe driving. I am still strongly encouraging for everyone to modify their cars to the best of their ability (most of you guys should be anyway) and for all the highly modified cars to park together, or just go park next to something thats quite done up just so we have all the highly modified cars together in a group which is good for looks and reputation. Any car is welcome but i will be pressing for more modified cars to come out and that will attract more modified cars and need everyones help to make that happen, telling people about it and asking friends with nice cars to come out and making them feel at home. With the idea of having only modified cars, we will instead use that rule for things like car shows that we will represent JC at :) As everyone will probably agree with me its about time i get stricter and start cracking down on dickheads and dumbasses being stupid and giving everyone else a bad name, I will need alot of help from everyone to do this, back me up on it and need help identifying who is being stupid, driving badly and causing trouble, i will have a list and it would greatly help if you could let me know their name or number plate/ type of car so i can find out who they are and sort it out! Also when i do my talk about the guidlines and whats happening at the end of the meet spot, can everyone please pay me the respect of coming in close and listening to me for just 5 mins with your full attention, i have never been good at public speaking and it is hard for me especially when people keep shouting things, talking and distracting me/ making me lose my train of thought, it will go 4 times as quick if you just pay attention keep quiet and let me say my things so everyone and all the new people know. Im sure you can wait 3 mins to talk to the person next to you. That will help alot and make me less stressed and so everyone knows thats happening and i dont get 100 calls after we leave asking where we are going after i just said it. I am going to start cracking down on drama, bad driving, tailgating, and just being an idiot, dont hang out the window and shout at people, dont keep beeping and carrying on, you dont need to rev your car at the public, its just a dick move to do and gets me in trouble and gives us a bad reputation especially woth the public and the police. If you are putting anyone else in danger or disrespecting anyone or their pride and joy you will no longer be welcome in the group and cruise unless you take it on the chin and come sort it out with me. And please dont act stupid around other peoples cars they have spent alot of time and money on. Any facebook arguments and keyboard warriors will be deleted because it just causes drama and escilates the situation even though they arent willing to sort it out in person. And remember guys, i am trying to do my best and whats best for the group and to keep it interesting, i like to have changes and try new things and trial things i believe in, if you dont like any of the changes dont get mad at me and abuse me for it, i am very happy to take good and bad feedback and opinions but not hate, im still only 18 and doing my best and still learning in life and trying to find ways to make things better so cut me some slack. I do the cruise for the people not for myself. I want to know that most people in the group have my back and are quality people because i stick my neck out running the cruises and meets and my details, licence and phone number is taken down by a cop each time they come and if anything happens they see it as my responsibility and its all on me in their eyes, even if people be stupid and arent with us. So theres a quick/not so quick summary about the new changes and guidelines to make Just Cruisin stronger and more unified group! More to come soon when i have a chance to write it all up in my holidays. So as a summary, any cars are welcome, but i am in the process of weeding out all the hangeroners and dickheads so we are just made up of quality people!
