Behold, a party of them attribute / associate it their gods (partners, pirs, saints, etc) in worship with their LORD; -So as to show ingratitude for the graces (favors, blessings) WE have bestowed on them ! Then enjoy (your brief life) but soon you will come to know (the reality, fact); - Or WE have sent Sultan’unn’ - Authority (permission, sanction) to them (sectists, polytheists), Which authorizes them to associate things (false gods – pirs, saints etc) with HIM ? And when WE give Such People (sectist, polytheists, hypocrites) a taste of Mercy (blessings, favors, honor etc) – they rejoice therein, and When some Evil (test, trails, problems) afflict them ! Behold, they are in Yu’natun’ – Despair (confusion, hopelessness, ordeal, pain etc))”.
