LEGS! Easily my favourite workout of the week as it tests your mental strength & heart more than any other workout. Hitting your legs hard should be your backbone when it comes to setting standards for the rest of your training. Couldnt quite as mental today on leg press due to working around small injuries but give this session a blast if you want to increase lifts, build muscle & burn body fat. Quite a long workout so make sure you recover properly with the right rest, supplements & diet.
