Naturally enough - in view of a proposed Devo MAx and some notion of greater autonomy and tax raising powers and the sun always shining on Dundee and a whole host of other promises that - naturally enough we cant be told about right now because that would spoil the Christmas-like surprise...... but naturally enough, a Devo Maxed to its nuts Scotland would not of course have to contemplate the prospect of an INCREASE in National Insurance contributions as part of remaining loyal to the Crine. Theres nothing quite like beginning to campaign for a UK General election during the course of a referendum, flagging up tax increases in the offing.......but not regarding this as being yet another reason to vote Yes
