LETSHEGO HOLDINGS LIMITED 1.ACCOUNTANT 1.1.Job Purpose The overall responsibilities of the role are to manage and report on day to day financial activities, accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and budgetary controls of the company. 1.2.Minimum Job Academic Requirements •Qualified CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent. •3 years continuous relevant experience •Must be experienced in Financial accounting and reporting •Must be experienced in management accounting and assisting in management decision making •All MS applications •Working knowledge of Credit Ease, Oracle Financials, and General IT will be an added advantage 1.3.Key Performance Areas •Ensuring the day to day operations, including daily reconciliations are performed •Ensuring that the loan book quality is effectively reported and managed with minimum exceptions •Monitoring the Companys cash-flows on a daily basis •Accurate, reliable, error free reporting including monthly accounts, cash flow and financial forecasts •Assist in internal and external audit co-ordination •Responsible for tax compliance •Performance management of direct reports. \ 1.4.Personal Attributes •Goal driven •Good interpersonal skills •Strong team leader •Self motivated Suitable candidates should forward their application accompanied by copies of their resume to: Head of Group HR Operations Email: recruitment@letshego Closing date: 8th October 2014 Source: SundayStandard September 28-4th October, 2014 BW JOBS 4 GRADUATES Changing lives • Giving hope
