LONELY PLANET of ELDERLY ?? Of late spate of violence, at times leading to death, is in news on Elderly living alone or with spouse. ... Are they soft targets? Or it is their choice to live life independently, which invites problems, despite in some cases sons/ daughters living in same cities? .... In India such no is now reaching two crores, and are going to rise further in next decade, due to splitting of families. .... Is Old age home or moving with children a better alternative?
