Now Hiring –Lawn maintenance/Landscape Laborers (Compensation $9-$12 ) R&S Groundskeeping is now seeking a hardworking, trustworthy, individual to join our growing team. This individual must be highly motivated and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Hours are often long and the days are often hot in the summer time and this job is not easy… Therefore ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS SHOULD APPLY!!! R&S Groundskeeping is in its 19th year of serving Middle TN and takes pride in the personal approach it gives its Residential and Commercial Clients. All applicants should be prepared to uphold to all guidelines as provided in the company handbook. This includes a full background check and drug screen. The following are requirements for the position: 1. At least 1-2 years in landscaping field.. (this does not include mowing your neighbors yard) 2. Submission to a background check and drug screen 3. Reliable transportation to and from Castalian Springs. 4. General Knowledge of landscape shrubs, bushes, trees, mulches, etc. 5. Ability to oprate hedge trimmers, spread mulch, prep beds, etc… 6. General maintenance knowledge to oversee that equipment is taken care of properly 7. Attention to safety and detailed work in a timely manner 8. Ability to run commercial zero turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, etc.. The following skills are not required but would be a plus: 1.Current Valid Drivers license with no recent traffic violations or DUI 2.Ability to aerate and overseed Lawns 3.Experience with landscape planting, installing walls, patios, irrigations systems, etc..
