Last night I had the opportunity to witness a school team at its best at a tournament. The coach exuded positivity. Encouraging the kids as they warmed up. The team gave each other high 5s after every play good or bad. Their enthusiasm on the court and on the bench spilled over into the crowd. It was an exciting game to watch. As both teams gave it their all (It was soooo close), and positivity won in the end. What I really admired was how the winning coach honoured the team that they just played. Leading his team through a cheer for them, saying a lovely and encouraging speech when he awarded them their pennant, and even giving them high fives with a huge smile. Wonderful to see such an inspiring coach in action! This is how living your truth can show up in the world~
