Last night our Hospice nurse Anna came over to examine Robert Bennett, she said that he only had few days left to live, perhaps 1-2 days. My heart is slowly breaking but at the same time it is a little joyful because I know soon that the man I have Beebe in love with for 16 years will no longer be in pain and he will get to run around Heaven looking for friends and family that have gone on before him. I told him that maybe God would have a trike for him when he got there. This morning when I was cleaning him up a little better he kept on telling me I love you, I love you over and over again. He was still having problems going to sleep so I got in bed next to him and held his hand and he fell asleep right away knowing I was next to him.
