Last nights meeting was a bit relief and success. For those who failed to attend the following were agreed: 1. I will be asking Sir Ricky to have court 1 and court 2 (if possible) to be blocked during MWF for WFBC. 2. Members who were present yesterday already gave their respective shares in the amount of P50.00 for Mondays reservation. It has been agreed that advance reservation fee will be given to John on Monday for the Wednesdays schedule. Members who will be playing for the court should pay. Non-members who will play in courts reserved by WFBC shall pay and share P50.00. 3. The interim treasurer is Mam Mae Orillo Salazar. She will be in-charged for the safekeeping of the collected amount, while Justin Beiber Demetrio Cubero was selected and appointed as the collector. On the other hand, the 5th Anniversary was likewise discussed as follows: 1. The scheduled date for the celebration will be on October 25, 2014 at 7:00 PM at our homecourt. Definitely, courts 1 and 2 will be reserved for that purpose. 2. There were assigned tasks already to members who attended last nights meeting. Those who have failed to attend, please coordinate with Mimi and Mam Mae. 3. Raymond will be in-charged for the tournament in collaboration with Mam Lerma. 4. Parlor games are assigned to Mimi. 5.T-shirts are available on October 25, 2014. Please contact Mimi for your sizes. IMPORTANT: To those old members who are planning to attend just for the sake of attending, please excuse yourself. The team is not interested to those people who are members not by heart. Member screening is reactivated. Please coordinate with Rommel Isma for that purpose and see yours truly for final approval. Thank you.
