Last week at First Grammar Castle we created a creek and nature area in our backyard. We used recycle materials, pebbles, large ornamental rocks, a creek basin and plants to create a nature area for the children to explore. We also added a recycled electrical wheel to our flower beds as a stand to place our ever growing pot of strawberries on. The children have been exploring the texture of the pebbles and ornamental rocks as well as using their imaginations to pretend it is a fairy garden.
